Packers QB Jordan Love exits vs. Jaguars with groin injury

Green Bay Packers starting quarterback Jordan Love exited Sunday’s Week 8 game against the Jacksonville Jaguars early in the third quarter. The team announced his return as questionable due to a groin injury.

On the Packers’ first offensive series of the second half, Love pinballed off Jaguars pass rusher Travon Walker following a pass attempt and fell to the ground. He was replaced by backup Malik Willis to finish the drive.

Love was initially hobbled during Green Bay’s first offensive series after landing awkwardly as he rolled out to his right while attempting a third-down pass to Josh Jacobs. Love received attention in the blue medical tent after the following series but returned to the game.

Love missed Weeks 2 and 3 after sustaining an MCL sprain to his left knee on the final drive in a Week 1 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles.
