As the NFL season hits Thanksgiving weekend, there are several teams still in contention for the No. 1 pick at the 2025 NFL Draft. Right now, the Jacksonville Jaguars hold a tiebreaker edge over both the New York Giants and Las Vegas Raiders, but there already are eight teams with eight or more losses.
The order for picks 19-32 will be decided by playoff results — teams in those positions here are sorted by their current records. Strength of schedule is the first tiebreaker for draft positioning, with priority going to the team that’s played an easier schedule.
