Navy’s 31-13 upset of No. 22 Army last Saturday drew 9.4 million viewers on CBS, the highest number on record for the annual rivalry game, according to SportsBusiness Journal. The previous high mark of 8.45 million had lasted since 1992.
The Black Knights and Midshipmen entered the game with their most combined wins (19) in the history of the rivalry.
At 9.4 million, the game finished just outside of the 10 most-watched games this season, a list dominated by SEC games on ABC.
These were the 25 most-watched games of the 2024 regular season.
