The Baltimore Ravens are trading for Carolina Panthers wide receiver Diontae Johnson, league sources said.
The Panthers will receive the Ravens’ fifth-round selection in 2025, while the Ravens will also receive a 2025 sixth-rounder in addition to Johnson.
Johnson, in his first season with Carolina, has led the Panthers (1-7) in receiving this season with 30 catches for 357 yards and three touchdowns in seven games.
The impetus behind the deal to get Diontae Johnson was improving their WR depth. Ravens have been thin there all year. But Johnson does have some return experience as well and Ravens have gotten nothing from their return game all year. Could be an option to help in that area.

Johnson played the first five seasons of his career in Pittsburgh, collecting 4,363 receiving yards and 25 touchdowns, before he was traded to the Panthers in March.
The trade deadline is Tuesday, Nov. 5, at 4 p.m. ET.
